USES:

Ferric chloride is an efficient and cheap flocculant for the treatment of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater, with significant effects of precipitation of heavy metals and sulfide, decolorization, deodorization, oil removal, sterilization, phosphorus removal, and reduction of effluent COD and BOD.

It is mainly used for metal etching and sewage treatment, including etching of copper, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials. It has the advantages of good effect and low price for raw water treatment with low oil degree, but brings the disadvantage of water yellowing.Also used in printing and dyeing roller engraving, electronic industry circuit board and fluorescent digital cylinder production.The building industry is used to prepare concrete to enhance its strength, corrosion resistance and water resistance.Can also be prepared with ferrous chloride, calcium chloride, aluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, hydrochloric acid and other water-proofing agent mud coagulation soil, inorganic industry used for the manufacture of other iron salts and inks.The dye industry is used as an oxidant in the dyeing of indyne dyes.The printing and dyeing industry is used as a mordant.It is used as chlorination agent for extracting gold and silver in metallurgical industry.The organic industry is used as catalyst, oxidant and chlorination agent.The glass industry is used as a hot colorant for glassware.The soap industry is used as a coagulant for recovering glycerol from soap waste liquid.
